As we unwind from the busy festive period, Christmas is not quite over for us here at Fizzco. Our ‘People in Purple’ have been working hard this month to take down the installations that have been displayed over the festive period. With over 50 different installations to dismantle, the month of January is a very busy time for our logistics and operations teams.
We visited the team while they were taking down the displays in Lincoln to give you a behind the scenes look at what goes on. This particular day, our team were taking down the iconic LINCOLN letters and the decorative Aurora Balls to be stored safely for another year.
Speaking to members of the installation team, we wanted to find out more about what attracted them to the job and why they liked it. Our installation team members are from all over the UK. Our dedicated team is a passionate bunch of Christmas fanatics with backgrounds ranging from construction, firefighting, microelectronics, and much more.
Speaking to one team member who is on their first festive season here at Fizzco, they explained that it was hard work but rewarding to see the finished result and that they were looking forward to spending more seasons to come with the team.
